What’s in a Community Association Attorney?

Do homebuyers expect to encounter massive litigation and attorney assessments when buying a house or condominium in a Margate community association? Open Letter to Margate City Attorney

As the Attorney for the City of Margate you have a duty to protect the legal interest of the citizenry served by the municipal government. With regards to the circus protest this past weekend, it is disconcerting that you did not step out of your comfort zone to meet the needs of Margate’s most innocent residents, our children.

When out-of-town animal activists descended on Margate this year, your retort, as stated at a city meeting, (Circus Protestors Terrorize...) was that their speech was protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and there was little the City could do to curtail the verbal assaults.
