Circus Survey

Margate recently hosted the Cole Bros. Circus, ala elephants, tigers, and assorted circus animals. A wave of animal rights activists descended on the city over a four day period, upsetting Margate residents and their children by spouting obscenities. The activists called for the end of circuses using animals for entertainment purposes and the use of a training tool called a bullhook on elephants. The majority of readers answering the circus survey approved of the circus, while some did not.
