City cars should be used for CITY BUSINESS only. As a taxpayer, I greatly resent the police using city autos for private endeavours. Too often I have seen a Margate cop escorting his children to & from Margate Elementary School. Also observe cops going grocery shopping in their police car. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!! I have a hard enough time making my own car payments, insurance payments & buying gas. I resent doing the same with my tax dollars. The city could save tax dollars by ending the "free ride". Let the police ride their own cars back & forth to work & to run family errands. WAKE UP MARGATE........do something right for a change !!!!!!!!!
