I am a resident of this Community. Have you seen the other Communities and all the parking issues? This Community is clean and taken care of. This was written in the original Covenants. The City does maintain the Streets (and Not doing a good job at it).As far as issuing tickets the Police have not written one ticket in here for parking in the yellow lines. Maybe if they spent some time on Margate Blvd. and ticketing illegal parking we would not have a large deficit in the City?
