I am a resident in Royal Springs North. I have written to the city in the past, but now it's getting ridiculous. Another neighbor in our quiet neighborhood had to stop a passing car to avoid the attack of a pitbull. When is the city of Margate going to ban these dogs, so we can live in peace?
