Vinnie Mannino is king of the combo. He and his family have been in Margate since the 1970s and brought along with them from Brooklyn their recipes for Homestyle Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Chicken Parmesan and other Italian favorites. Vinnie’s been making pizza since the age of 12 and you can find him now at two locations: Mannino’s on Coconut Creek Parkway, and his new store at 171 State Road 7.
