Chef Luigi Marenco and wife Esperanza specialize in fresh Pasta, Italian style cheesecake, sauces and other delights from Italy’s Piemonte Region. You pick your pasta, your sauce and toppings and they make it fresh to order. The dining room is quite charming and they have outside seating. “Pasta and…” has beer, wine, rich dark espresso and good service. Luigi and Esperanza are located at 4990 W.
